EU Right of Withdrawal
Buyers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

If more than 14 days have passed, a buyer may still request a return within 30 days total, but a valid reason is required for approval after the first 14 days.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation or return, the buyer must send me a message via Etsy within the allowed time period.
Once I receive the request, I will provide all necessary instructions.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
